Live on Stage

STRANGER IN THE ATTIC is set in the country home of freelance writer Brian Hollander and his wife Dana, their quiet life is unexpectedly upset by the arrival of a stranger named Kendrick, who is offering an exclusive story to Brian about a murder that has not happened yet!  Brian pursues discussions of the story with Kendrick, and meets his neighbors Douglas and Margaret Brendan who tell Brian and Dana a disturbing story about a stranger who may be stalking them.  Detective Nelson comes into the play to try and unravel these interlocking stories and prevent a murder from happening! 

 

Author John Kaasik is a prolific & award winning writer of mystery dramas, including Assassin’s New Friend, Murder by Mistake, and Piano Lessons for Dad, awarded Honorable Mention by the New Works of Merit play competition  He also writes comedies such as The Servant’s Last Serve where a wealthy Londoner wills his estate to his cat.  

Performances of Stranger in the AtticThe Lady And The Clarinet were 2 weekends only:  May 12th, 13th & 14th, and the following weekend of May 19th, 20th & 21st, 2023.

Author John Kaasik joined the audience and holding a talk back after the performance on Saturday May 13th!
